The Business School of the Future
PROJECT: Name the world’s only accredited mobile-first graduate school, “The Business School of the Future.”
QUANTIC: In mathematics, a rational, integral, homogeneous function of two or more variables. An old name for the mathematical concept of algebraic form.
BRAND POSITION: Pedago, founded in 2013, is out to change how we all learn. To help them achieve that goal, they hired Zinzin to rename their new “mobile-first” MBA program, the “graduate school of the future.” The original name for this program was “Smartly,” which worked well to position the school as modern and “mobile-first,” but lacked gravitas as an institution of higher learning that would forever exist on the diplomas and CVs of its graduates and had to work in professional business settings.
The name we created, Quantic, is a cool, techy name that grounds these MBA programs in the gravitas of the quantifiable, of objective truth. It has a range of associations from quantum physics to mathematics to financial quantitative analyst “quants,” and perfectly posititions the school to be the leader in 21st century graduate business education.
Here’s what Quantic says on their website:
Quantic School of Business and Technology has reimagined business education. It brings the MBA curriculum to the modern era, with bite-size lessons optimized for a mobile world. Quantic students are high-achieving leaders with limitless potential, eager to make a difference. Paying for the privilege of recruiting in the network, our partner companies help enable our innovative tuition model, keeping Quantic radically affordable to all accepted students.
Welcome to Quantic, The Business School of the Future.
